One person can suggest only one candidate from a particular Lok Sabha Constituency.

If a person suggests more than one candidate from a particular constituency, then all of the suggested names will be held invalid.

If a person suggests many candidate names using different addresses, or email-id’s, or mobile numbers, then all of the suggested names will be held invalid.

All the suggestions given to this survey will be approved by MP Express.TV, only after confirming the mobile numbers of the persons suggesting their favourite candidate’s names.

Any person above 12 years of age, from the state of Madhya Pradesh, can participate in this “Popular Candidate’s Survey”.

If the person suggesting the candidate’s name is below 12 years of age, then the suggested names will be held invalid.

This survey will be conducted till the candidates are declared by all political parties in Madhya Pradesh for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election.

As soon as the Lok Sabha Election is declared, the final report of the popular candidate’s survey will be handed over to the concerned political parties and published for the General Public.

The weekly developments and progress reports of this survey will be telecasted in “MP Express.TV” till the Lok Sabha Election.

To ensure the genuinity of this survey, the final report will be scrutinized by prominent personalities, advocates, socio-cultural activists, media persons etc. in Madhya Pradesh, without any political or religious partialities.

If there is any legal disputes on this survey, all the cases will be considered under Delhi jurisdiction only.
